If you would like to receive USBE credit instead of relicensure points, you will need to complete the following assignment. If you are needing credit for College and Career Awareness, please complete the College and Career Awareness assignment. If you need Work-Based Learning credit, please complete the Work-Based Learning assignment. All assignments are due to Susan Loamanu at susan.loamanu@schools.utah.gov by Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 5:00 PM/MST. Assignments received after this time will receive relicensure points.
